Yoga
Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. As a general term in Hinduism it has been defined as referring to "technologies or disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence." Yoga is also intimately connected to the religious beliefs and practices of the other Indian religions.Outside India, Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga or as a form of exercise, although it has influenced the entire Indian religions family and other spiritual practices throughout the world.
Baby Yoga
Baby yoga is a wonderful companion to baby massage and many parents progress from infant massage to baby yoga. Building on the same benefits, baby yoga uses movements and stretching that will help strengthen your baby’s muscles, encourage co-ordination and develop neural and motor skills. The courses also use plenty of music and songs and are great for enhancing babies’ interaction skills.

I am a physical education professional educated to Master`s level with a range of work experience including aerobic`s instruction and teaching dance and yoga. I moved to the UK at the beginning of 2005 and have since been working at a number of health and fitness centres. I passed the IELTS exam in order to gain a UK diploma in yoga therapy to supplement my existing qualifications and improve my career prospects as a physical education professional in this country. I am reliable and friendly and equally happy working on my own or as part of a team.
